• You will assist with recruitment by writing job posts and sharing these on the appropriate platforms;
• You will handle all correspondence with candidates and attend job interviews;
• You will manage the onboarding processes of interns by setting up contracts and handling the administration;
• You will actively engage in employer branding through various channels, working closely with the Marketing, PR and Brand & Design departments on external communication;
• You will create and analyze employee surveys to optimize workflow;
• Performance management: assist in designing our 360 feedback system;
• You will handle operational/administrative HR tasks on daily basis;
• You will send out company-wide HR updates on various personnel subjects;
• You will actively recruit young talent for internships through hiring campaigns and events.
