The office is in the Up Office building which is close to Central Station and they have an amazing view. It is a TVT company. Wat ga je doen?

  • Administrative processing of new sales leads from existing clients
  • Monitoring outstanding commercial actions on customer accounts
  • Administratively manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success, acting as the administrative and commercial interface, supporting the Commercial Directors and Service Delivery Managers
  • Generate proposals and ensuring submission of proposals in line with the timescale asked by the client and coordinate with other contributing departments
  • Assist with service contract drafting
  • Manage the European database
  • Act as a point of contact and handle customers’ individual commercial enquiries
  • Maintain Pipeline CRM with up to date commercial data for all assigned clients, tracking sales account targets, monitor and report on sales activity and the customer revenues (e.g. monthly sales results and revenue forecasts)
  • Develop positive relationships with clients
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and processes and identify opportunities for growth
  • Take a proactive role in DMC improvement initiatives to improve the quality of service and DMC reputation

  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • CRM system experience preferred.
